Red Line Synthetic Oil ever innovators in the lubrication market launched three new products to fulfil demand in the high performance market. RL-600 Super DOT 4 Brake Fluid, 75W/110 GL-5 Gear Oil & Dual Clutch Transmission Fluid (DCTF).

RL-600 HIGH-PERFORMANCE BRAKE FLUID is engineered to maintain viscosity, lubricity and compressibility at extreme temperature to help safeguard against brake fading and vapour lock in racing, performance and street applications.

+ 604°F dry, 400°F wet

+ Blends with and exceeds specifications of DOT 3, DOT 4, and DOT 5.1

+ Exceeds U.S. FMVSS No.116 and SAE J1704s specs

75W110 GL-5 Gear Oil is a fully-synthetic formula blended with ester base stocks for shear stability, less gear noise and more consistent viscosity in warm and cold temperatures. Extreme pressure (EP) additives allow for use with hypoid gears, Friction modifiers are included for use with limited-slip differentials. Not for use in most manual transmissions with synchronizers, as slipperiness may cause gear clash.

+ Intermediate viscosity for additional film strength over a 75W90, yet less drag than a 75W140

+ Developed with support from Red Line sponsored racing teams and project cars, provides improved limited slip operation under extreme loads and temperature

+ Less gear noise than a 75W90, avoiding a significant jump in viscosity to a 75W140 when trouble shooting noisy gear sets

+ Contains additional friction modifiers for suitability with clutch-type limited-slip differentials for most LSDs, no additional friction modifier are required

+ Not designed for use in most manual transmissions or transaxles, since the extreme slipperiness may cause synchro-mesh issues that lead to shifting problems

 

DCTF is designed to provide extreme protection in many wet and dry style dual clutch transmissions, This product is blended with ester base stocks for shear stability, extended drain intervals and more consistent viscosity in variable temperatures. Utilizing the highest quality raw materials helps to provide better thermal stability, oxidation resistance and improved wear protection.
