Delivery and Returns

Our estimated dispatch time is shown on our ’Order Confirmation’. Where products are showing as ’In Stock’, we normally dispatch on the same working day providing your order is placed before 2pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day. If your product is ’Not In Stock’, we will email you with an estimated delivery time.

UK Delivery

Charges are based on the weight of the item in your basket and are shown below. You will normally receive your item/s the next working day after dispatch providing they are in stock. If you haven’t received your goods within 5 working days, then please contact us.
Working days are Monday-Friday 9am – 5.30 pm (excluding Bank Holidays)

Up to 10kg £5.99
11kg -24kg £12.99

Currently we do not ship Internationally. Please contact us for more information if you are outside the UK.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return goods, please note our returns policy and follow the directions below. Please allow 7 working days for delivery.

Delivery

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, so we can make a claim against the courier.
Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.

All courier deliveries must be signed for.

If you are not available to accept your order, further re-delivery of your goods shall be charged at the original carriage fee plus a return charge which will be taken from the same credit or debit card used to place the order.

We do not deliver to BFPO (British Forces Posted Overseas) addresses.

Cancellation and returns

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault, e.g. if goods are faulty or mis- described.

You can cancel your contract before delivery, to do this, please email, write or phone us. We will refund your money, including the original postage charges, within 30 days. If you cancel, notification must be given to us within 7 working days. Goods must be returned to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when returning items, so you should take out appropriate insurance cover to meet their values.

Unsuitable goods may be returned for refund, credit or exchange, if they are returned to Old Hall Performance within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must returned carriage paid.
  • Notification must be given to Old Hall us prior to the return of the goods.
  • Items are received in a resalable condition.
  • Items must be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
  • Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition.
  • We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged.
  • All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address and Reference number.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered returned parcels, please retain proof of postage.
  • In any circumstance within 7 days of you receiving the goods. This is your right to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. However, if you are cancelling your contract with us under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you will need to return the goods to us at your expense

You must obtain a Reference Number before returning any goods. Please contact us for this.

Shortages & Damage

Please contact us with any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we will be unable to process you’re claim.

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods please contact us to discuss the matter further. If the goods are found to be faulty within a reasonable time after delivery, you may reject them and claim a full refund.

Liability

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the goods are the correct fitment or application. We cannot accept responsibility for additional charges or consequential loss incurred if a product does not fit or does not give the desired results. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods only.
